Who we are

Signature Ag Workers, Inc. is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 42-2605524), located at 525 Darby Creek, Unit 29, Lexington, KY 40509. You can reach us at (859) 407-4888.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that can include:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your home address or ZIP code — used to check which health plans and clinics are available where you live
• Anything you choose to write in the message box

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your immigration or visa status, your income, or your medical records anywhere on this website.

What we do not collect

This website has no advertising, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no third-party analytics. It sets no cookies. If you never submit a form, we do not collect anything about you.

How we use your information

We use it to contact you and to deliver the free help you asked for — nothing else. Specifically: to reach you by phone, text, or email; to determine which of our programs you or your farm qualify for; to help you complete a health-coverage enrollment if that is what you requested; and to keep the anonymous, aggregate counts that our grant funders require (for example, "we helped 120 workers this season"). Those funder reports never include your name or contact details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it for anyone's advertising.

We share it in only these situations:

• Our service providers. This website runs on Cloudflare, and our form notifications are delivered by the email service Brevo. They handle the data only to run those services for us.
• Help completing an enrollment. Our own bilingual staff are the ones who contact you and walk you through your options. If actually finishing your enrollment requires a licensed insurance agent or a certified Marketplace assister, we will tell you who that is and ask your permission before we share anything with them. We never pass your information to an agent automatically, and you can say no and still keep every bit of our help.
• When the law requires it. If we are required to respond to a valid legal demand.

That is the complete list. Your information is never given to your employer, to a labor recruiter, or to any immigration authority by us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we are actively helping you, and afterward only as long as our grant recordkeeping and Kentucky nonprofit rules require. Then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call (859) 407-4888 or use our contact form and tell us what you want done. There is no charge, and asking will never affect the help you receive from us. We answer in English or Spanish.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. If a child's details are included in a family's coverage request, we handle them under this same policy.

Security

The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, but we limit access to your information to the people delivering your help.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
